Yukta Taneja (b.2000) is a New York based photographer from India. She graduated with a BFA degree in Photography from Parsons School of Design where she was awarded with the dean’s merit and programmatic scholarship. The overarching theme in Taneja’s artistic practice comes from a place of humanity. Her visual language is authentic yet riddled. Often times her work addresses themes such as identity and empathy. Through creating photo and video based art, she shares raw stories derived from everyday moments experienced around the world.
